Track your returns and shop again: The Reshop app allows you to track your returns and refunds in one convenient place. It’s also a place you can discover brands, products, and exclusive offers to shop again and find something else you love.
Ship back your items: Remember to ship your items within 7 days to avoid any extra charges. We’ll make it easy by giving you all the shipping details you need and sending helpful email and in-app reminders along the way.
How will I get my money?
When you choose to get a refund with Reshop, you have flexibility in how you get your money back. You can have your funds loaded on the Reshop Card (a virtual prepaid debit card), sent to your personal card, or deposited into your bank account.
How long does it take to get my refund?
• Refunds on a Reshop Card will be available instantly.
• Refunds on a personal debit card will be available within minutes.
• Refunds to a bank account should appear within 1 business day.
What is the Reshop Card?
The Reshop Card is a virtual prepaid debit card, which can be used online or in stores everywhere contactless Visa debit cards are accepted. You can view your Reshop Card details in the Reshop app. When you get your refund on a Reshop Card, it’s available instantly!
Where can I get a faster refund with Reshop?
Reshop is available in the U.S. at select retailers. When we’re offered, you’ll see an option to choose Reshop on the retailer’s website as you make your return.
